We search NATIONWIDE, since, obviously, your job applicant may have a clean record in his/her home state but a lengthy and serious record in another state. We also check for aliases, something most of our competitors fail to do.

A: A signed release from your applicant or job candidate is required by the federeal Fair Credit Reporting Act and most state laws. This release is contained in our Order Form, so you comply with this requirement in the course of placing your order.

Should you decide against offering the job candidate a position this constitutes an "adverse action" in the language of the FCRA. You then are required to provide the candidate with a copy of the E-EmploymentScreening™ report and a copy of the SUMMARY OF YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT. Q: What is your Privacy Policy regarding E-EmploymentScreening™ Reports?

A: Your privacy and your candidate's privacy will be strictly maintained.
